Your order is processed and shipped from our Los Angeles HQ. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during busy periods such as sales or holidays. USPS standard shipping takes approximately between 2-5 business days for domestic deliveries. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost Packages: The Nadia Collection is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen, contact your local USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, or delayed, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

International Shipping: You will have the option to choose between various shipping carriers to ship to your country. International shipments will take longer depending on the carrier you chose at checkout. 

Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of the United States may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.


The Nadia Collection offers returns for store credit (no return shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases on all products except for “sale” items that are final sale.  Your return must be initiated within 15 days of your delivery date. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the customer must initiate it within 15 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be in the exact same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer must mail it back within 7 days of return authorization. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Please include your Order # in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof. The Nadia Collection is not responsible for lost return packages and it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost.

Damages and issues
We have a 30 day warranty on all of our jewelry. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a refund or free replacement. Proper photo and video evidence must be provided. 

NOTE: Natural oxidization of the jewelry, stripping of color due to metal-to-skin oil reactions or ph levels, and water damage are not considered defective and will not be eligible for a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The Nadia Collection does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or item, we will issue you store credit once your return is received and processed. Once processed, store credit can then be used to place a new order for a different size or item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email immediately. We do not accept cancellations if we have already created your shipment label or if it has been over 12 hours after you placed your order.
